Ingredients:

Whey protein concentrate, skim milk powder, strawberry, inulin (dietary fiber from chicory), natural flavors, beetroot powder, thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum, carboxymethyl cellulose), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), sweeteners (sucralose).

Preparation Method:

1️⃣ Add Liquids: Pour 140ml of cold water or milk into a blender jar.

2️⃣ Add the Mix: Add 60g of the ice cream mix (equivalent to 3 measuring spoons).

3️⃣ Mix Ingredients: Blend the mixture for at least 30 seconds until a smooth, creamy texture forms.

4️⃣ Freeze: Pour the mixture into serving bowls (remember the mixture expands as it freezes), then place the bowls in the freezer for 2-4 hours, depending on bowl size.

5️⃣ Enjoy: Once frozen, enjoy this delicious treat as a perfect snack or light reward!

Important Notes:

When using milk instead of water, the energy value of the ice cream increases.

One serving of the mix yields 200g of ready ice cream.
